Immediately after graduating from the University of Georgia, Rick entered the commercial real estate brokerage business. During his career, he has been a top producer for White & Associates, Royal LePage, and Advantis/GVA. He was Executive Vice President, Managing Director and Managing Broker, for Grubb & Ellis Company (GBE:NYSE) where he successfully rebuilt their Atlanta office. In 2002, he founded City Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Rick is one of leading commercial real estate brokers in the United States. He has been involved in over 10 million square feet of lease transactions, over $1 billion sale transactions, represented clients in virtually every major market in North America and has experience in Europe as well as Latin America.
