Career Summary
Griff entered commercial real estate in 1987 as a landlord agent, representing a portfolio of 6 office projects. In 1989 he joined Richard Bowers & Co. specializing in tenant representation. During 16 year tenure at Richard Bowers & Co., he was a Vice President, a Million Dollar Club producer since 1992; receiving the Phoenix Award in 2004. Griff distinguished himself as one of the firm’s top producers from 1995 -2004 before joining the City Commercial team as its Sr. Vice President. He is, today, considered one of the most active office-leasing brokers in the city, particularly in the suburban markets. Griff is active in the soccer arena officiating high school, college, and professional level games. In 1998, he was became a U.S. National Referee, officiating both international matches and nationally-televised professional games on Fox Sports World and ESPN.
