Career Summary
In the Spring of 2002, she joined a long-time friend and past business associate, Rick Lackey to start City Commercial Real Estate. In January of 2005, she became a Partner of the firm. Prior to joining City Commercial Real Estate, she was executive assistant to the President/CEO of Lake Lanier Islands. From 1997 to 2001 she worked at Advantis Commercial Real Estate Services as an executive assistant to the Vice President of Corporate Services and senior administrative assistant and individually responsible for as many as 14 commercial real estate brokers with specialties including industrial, office, land, and investments. Prior to Advantis, Kimberly worked in the property management office of Perimeter Mall as the property management secretary. In this role she provided support for the Director of Operations, Assistant Retail Manager, Director of Security & Chief Engineer.
