After 15 years of being a very successful practicing commercial real estate broker, Rick Lackey was provided the uncharacteristic opportunity to become a senior executive of a national commercial real estate brokerage company. During that time he learned about the ineffective leadership, strategic and operational practices customary in traditional commercial real estate services industry. In 2003 he created City Commercial Real Estate, a new business model and company that uses technology and trust to increase efficiency, leverage relationships that results in better client service.
