After graduation from Auburn University in 2002 with a degree in Management of Information Systems, Stirling lived in Vail, Colorado for the remainder of the 2003 ski season. He returned in the summer to work for SIMCO, a private investment management company in Marietta, GA where he designed and implemented a new information system for the company office and performed technical support. In July of 2004, Stirling earned his real estate license and went to work with Newmark Knight Frank in the industrial properties group. While there he learned the business and was involved in a variety of transactions including sale leasebacks, investments and tenant leasing. Stirling joined the team at City Commercial Real Estate in August of 2006 as Vice President.
