In circumstances where our advice may or may not lead to a transaction, or it’s not in the client’s best interest to be paid by a commission, We are available to assist clients on an hourly, daily or negotiated fee basis. In cases where our advisory services lead to commissions within 12 months, we will gladly credit 50% of the advisory fee against the commission.
