Rick Lackey

Rick Lackey is a leader, connector, commercial real estate team builder, and deal maker.  He uses his unique, relationship-driven skills to help clients, big and small in a variety of transaction and advisory assignments. As a 30 + year veteran of the industry he has been involved in over 10 million square feet of lease transactions, over $1 billion ownership related transactions, represented clients in virtually every major market in North America and has experience in Europe as well as Latin America. His clients have included numerous international, regional, local and real estate related companies as well as AT&T, American Express, Anheuser-Busch, BASF, Chase, ClubCorp, CoreNet Global, Koch Industries, NCR, Philips Electronics, QuikTrip, Takeuchi, USG, Waste Management. Much of his current practice is oriented around leading project teams  and assembling destination gaming resort sites in Georgia.
